He looks like he is very proud to display how much his first son has grown. Not shown is the child's alien mother, who impregnated the poor man after driving him slowly insane by injecting him with various psychomanipulative drugs and then torturing him. He gave birth to the boy after twelve hours of excruciating labour and required two days of intensive surgery to reconstruct his wasted body. Now, insane, he lives with the child's mother in the deserts of planet JNADUFVOADS 3. His son has just passed his third birthday and he is showing the boy off for the camera. Unfortunately, in about seven years, while he's going into puberty, the boy will eat his father, first tearing him to pieces and vomiting on him. His mother will be very proud.
